The temperature today is 60°F when just about this time last week we had 30+ inches of snow. icon_gu_b_slayer[1].gif

Thank you! I get more than side glances. confused.gif Denver is a decidedly casual city, but I prefer to wear at least a jacket most days. Pastels are also nonexistent here, regardless of the season.

Awesome jacket.  I've been looking for something like that for years.

Thanks! It's vintage Polo Ralph Lauren and older than I am. smile.gif My office calls it the Masters jacket.

Is this chalkstripe?

Yes, but it's a worsted. I tried to find one as flannel-y as possible. Settled on this one from the Smith Botany book.

First time doing this... don't really have the set up for a full picture...just wore with dark wash blue jeans & dark navy whole cut balmorals...

Jacket's a bit tight and yes, I intend to have it let out at some point. In the meantime though, I still quite like it.

The jacket's not only too tight, it's too short and the sleeves are too tight as well, causing them to bunch up. The overall too small effect is exaggerated by the roomy trousers. What happened to those, BTW? Looks like they not only desperately need a pressing, but something with the fit looks off as well, with the bunching up at knee level.

It's a shame, because the colours and textures are really nice. I especially like the tie.

@pi34 welcome! But that jacket deserves something better than a washed out roll neck...

Thanks, and I agree mostly.  I fixed the neck a bit better/neater after I left, but I think it would be nicer with a more substantial sweater.  It was a good weight for not having to carry an extra jacket last night in NY without being too warm in bars...maybe a bit on the chilly side.  I like the variegated nature of the sweater though as opposed to a solid.

Okay I went ahead and moved the camera up eye level. Any better?

I don't know, I was out at work and just got back at 4 AM I feel like that contributed to a lot of the wrinkling. How much do you think the sleeves should be wider? I got a different jacket with somewhat wider sleeves that looked way too baggy and I didn't like it very much.

These have 2cm wider sleeve circumference.
