Will NEVER order from LN-CC.COM ever again. Have a package held by UPS for clearance and duty, that's included in the price, and all that's required is a phone call from these idiots to UPS. They have not done this and it just sits there. When I've called the CSR in England she's been rude and condescending.

I would seriously reconsider if you're thinking of placing an order.

This might be a Canada issue to be honest. UPS now does automated duty and clearance forms online so unless they missed some information on the online portal, you shouldn't have any issue other than the clearance officers wasting time.  PM me if you need some personal emails of the higher up's in CSR that you'd like to talk to. 

 

On topic, I was a huge supporter of LNCC until they switched to Level Group and could not handle the amount of miscommunication with the London offices and Italy warehouse, but after a year I just ordered some stuff from them and they've really improved quite a bit (not enough to keep me buying all the time, but an improvement). The fact that they have made returns possible and less of a hassle now is a bonus, though I am not awaiting the time to test that out.

Any help would be appreciated basically they've taken a mocking tone and are very condescending just blaming it on Italy. They do have phones in Italy, apparently, but nobody seems motivated enough to actually pick one up and call UPS.

Solved it. The checkout doesn't seem to work on Safari. (Might be because of 3D Secure.)

For what its worth - I just ordered 2 items from them (granted sending to US).  I actually returned one item and it took about 2 weeks from the day I shipped for the credit to hit my account.  I did email them once, because I was worried about the refund - and I did get a abrupt (borderline rude) response that it was being processed.  We should all keep in mind the policy of returns in much of Europe is no pun intended "foreign".

My latest order was delayed, but they upgraded the shipping to Next Day Air once they did ship it out:

I know it's stated above - just formalizing.

"Our model is wearing a size Medium and his measurements are:

Height - 6'2"/188cm
Chest -38"/96cm
Waist - 32"/81cm

Our warehouse team have provided the following approximate measurements:

SHOULDER - 40cm
SLEEVES - 65.5 cm
CHEST - 54cm
LENGTH - 67 cm"

I'd be a little wary of the measurements, as the jacket is raglan in the back, but I have a size 52 and these measurements fall in line with about what I'd expect from two sizes down.
