It's very reasonably priced, I think. $75 a meter.

Should there perhaps be a separate circle-jerk thread where people post the fits from their own gallery that they deem the greatest?

Because god knows there aren't enough waywrn threads :)

every poster should have and administer their own personal "my personal best of waywrn" thread.

here is a nice thread name, courtesy of dcg:

"hof what I am wearing right now so I don't have to look at the **** you plebes are wearing in between my updates"

Been had this kind of thread. It's by invitation only, though, so only big ballers and shot callers have been able to participate. When y'all step up your game, maybe I'll drop an invite on you.

not bad form at all, and there is precedent leading back to the OP. but its less obvious when you include pics from other posters as well. :teach:

Yeah, I think it's bad form, though probably only if it's a recent picture which I'll eventually get to. If it's from more than a few months ago, I suppose it's alright. But try to include it with at least 6 or 7 others, not so that's it's less obvious, but so that you have a bunch of images in a row. A single image or two by itself doesn't really benefit the thread (or at least, how I imagine this thread looking). Such self-interest would actually increase the amount of images in this thread, so it's a good thing if handled productively.

It seems like WAYWRN is a bit more trigger happy with thumbs of late, which I think is a good thing. One of the things I've been envious of SW&D is their more participatory mindset. I went back to a random month (July) for kicks. Probably too many factors at play (CM is more into wool than linen, less fits posted) to really tease out any meaningful difference, but I was surprised to see only 8 20+ fits the entire month of July. Definitely fewer, and several that would probably get 20+ now. A Butler fit and a Tom Miler photo bomb didn't even cross the threshold, nor did a few Pingsons, Spoos, or Timos that would have today. Braddock, though, dropped some serious juice.

Other interesting events in July:

Butler's awkward pants fit challenge
Coxsackie, unaware of forum etiquette, suggesting Butler get Botox
A series of funny pictures of Braddock and Sander
Some truly awful fits from me. In my old ghetto bathroom.

the default monogram on all my shirts.

based on the greatest Wu-Tang Solo album of all time.

I lean to the left today. Chicka scratch scratch yow that's what she said. Cheers +1000.

I must say that Butler's summer flannel fit is amazing. The only (tiny tiny) thing that could be improved is the shirt collar. And a belt on Butler?!?

Thanks very much! - I'll be interested in what is it you don't like about my collars - they are detachable, heavy starched and polished at Barkers in Bournemouth, designed by yours truly and cut by Budd of Piccadilly?
P.S. I often wear belts - depending on the ensemble :)
