Thanks. Which one's the graph paper shirt? The button-down gingham? The glen check? We're speaking in metaphors now? Damn, I'm always one step behind the cool kids.

Thanks. It's my favorite.

Thanks, Alan. They're definitely a step up from the Chans. Nicer fabrics (and a better selection). Better construction, too (no fusing on the collars and cuffs).

Thanks, Andrew. I just started last December and have six so far. They were running a special with only a two-shirt minimum--the usual is four--so I took the plunge.

VG...Barney's has offered their service for a long time but I'm dubious of ordering anything that Barney's is responsible for measuring. They are headquartered in Houston, yes?

They are, Andrew, so I've been able to do the full bespoke thing. I think I'd be dubious, too, in your situation. If you're ever in Houston, give them a try.

^It looks like a great option if you're in Houston. Having a the minimum order reduced would help, too. After the initial order is there any minimum for future orders? I see they do trunk shows, too, so I would assume the Hamilton people would do the measurements with those.

That is so well organized on such nice hangers and evenly spaced out, it makes me embarrassed of the over crowed mess my shirts call home!

No minimum after the initial, but I can't speak to the measuring at the trunk shows.

Haha, no it's an Agnes B shirt. Very cool actually, but also very loud. I only wear it under a blazer or cardigan to keep it toned down a bit.

AlanC, you guessed right! I actually have two Holliday and Brown shirts in there. One is the brown/orange/red/pinkish shirt and the other is a more 60's floral print, also worn only under something to tone it down. It's the second one from the last.

Not gonna win any awards compared to the Charvet and other really high-end shirts in here, but hey, I scored a nice pack of HF shirts from Bluefly last week.

And no, those two left ones aren't the same. One has brown/blue stripes and the other gray/blue stripes. Yes, the look almost identical, but I think subtle color variation will make all the difference in matching to a blue or brown suit versus a gray or charcoal suit.
