Been away for a while - here is my contribution for today...

I should really wear my rb2 more. I end up wearing the diver much more, almost every day, though.

The bezel doesn't turn either. Thinking more about it, I think what I actually want is the deep-sea chronograph, not the vintage chronograph pictured above.

I completely agree. If the bezel turned, I think I would be so much more into that watch. It kind of drives me crazy that they did not choose to do that. I really just don't understand that decision, and I am kinda sad about it because I think it is an absolutely gorgeous watch.

What Audi were you in? Can't place it.
It reminds me of the R8 dashboard, a guy I know had one for about 2 years and than traded it for an Aston Martin.

I don't see the point of the bezel. Its not marked for diving 10, 20, 30 etc. and it doesn't have GMT markings or a GMT hand...so its seems like its just a styling feature that serves no purpose.

Thanks; couldn't be happier with the Grande Reverso GMT! The 8-day case size doesn't work on every wrist and the deployant fits awkwardly on many, but I feel very fortunate that it's the right shape for mine because I absolutely freaking adore this thing.

The 1675 is sporting a new look lately, too:

And one for the NATO haters:

Very nice! Is the dial and bezel as blue as they look in the photo or is it more of a faded black?

Also, is that the green Nato from Timefactors?

Thanks, Kaplan!

The colours in the photo look true-to-life on my monitor. The bezel insert has indeed faded to a purplish-blue colour, while the matte dial is a deep charcoal gray or near-black, regardless of lighting conditions. There might be a bit of blue sky reflected in the crystal, though.

I see that you're no anti-NATe-ite. That olive strap is indeed from Timefactors. The quality seems far better this time than the last batch I ordered, although you really can't complain for the cost. Still, the new ones seem to be impervious to fraying at the holes and ends. The hardware on them is top-notch, too.

Here's another photo that shows the insert and dial colour...

I thought I recognized the hardware and colour - nice. I have a couple from them as well (black Nato, black/grey Bond RAF, Speedbird RAF) a few years old, I guess, have held up fine. Was contemplating getting the green and the grey Nato too, though I would've liked the grey to be darker. Would like the black braided as well, if they ever get it back in stock.

Your 1675 looks great :)

Thats a beauty. The Grande Reverso GMT is a great watch. I'm one of those people that the 8 day case size doesn't work well on, I find the GT case size better for me. I know lots of people that have had issues with the deployant on JLCs (and Langes) and by turning it to face the other direction some people find it more comfortable. Anyway, great watch thanks for sharing a photo.
