I had a 20% off coupon and when I opened a Gap card it was another 20% off, so they came to about $19 total since they were on sale, originally $69.50.

They have this little tag on them that says "Authentic Selvege" and everything, explaining what it is. They also had an "indigo dye" warning that warned about the blue washing off on light colored stuff. They hardly feel raw/dry, but I think they're one-wash. I've honestly never bought a pair of real raw denim (just tried some one) before, but they feel rough and durable. Not as raw feeling as a brand new pair of Nudies, but I think they may at least be one-wash.

I figured these would be nice for just kicking around at home. The fit isn't too terrible, actually. Anyone else find these or pick them up?

yeah those were discussed alongside the Morrisson and Goughs that Gap vad on clearance a while back. I didn't like the fit or the flimsy denim.

The SExIH warped my perception of 'heavy'.

A month before I bought the indigos i was in SE and checked-out the 19oz texas cotton Sammies. These were the heaviest, roughest, most intense jeans that i'd ever seen in my life.

After wearing the SExIH's for a month, i went back to SE. I picked up the same pair of sammies and my first thought was 'damn, these are kinda light... oh wait.'

It's all relative.

Are you the same GameBoy from the Mystery forums? If so, I basically love you since you essentially directed me here.

I saw these and liked them for the price charged (IIRC $19.99on sale).

Didn't like how the long pockets looked on me (why I hesitate to Rag&Bone too), but the denim seemed OK (better than Levis red).

For a good fit in the waist/thighs I would have sized down 3, and they didn't make a 29x36 so I didn't buy.

That "gap williamsburg" looked really nice, if it wasn't for the name (both the GAp part and the williamsburg part) I'd have thought it would be better recieved.
