A 15% surcharge will be applied to any single order. The 15% surcharge for single MTO allows for a lot of customization though, like changing of lasts, materials, slight design changes like medallion and extra punching, but for pattern changes and heavy modifications there will be a 30% surcharge.

Yes, the original model 3200 is an Adelaide semi brogue (punched cap toe with medallion).
That sounds like great freedoms to achieve what I'm looking for. I may do two MTOs then, one like the original model minus the medallion but in Gold Museum and the other just like depicted earlier in Vitello Giamaica.

I guess I'll have to figure out my size at last and then I'm good to go by the end of October. Which size to opt for on the 946 last?
Some of my sizes (all standard width):
C&J (348, 337): UK7,5
Vass (U-last): EU41,5
Carmina (Rain, Inca): UK7,5
G&G (GG06, MH71): UK8

Hadn't really turned my mind to the deets, but something sleek in a three eyelet.  Need to find out more about the various sole options as well.
These are very handsome, but I wouldn't want a sole this thick;

that is a great looking chukka!

I quite fancy the thicker sole for a leather version, but prefer a thinner one for a suede...kind of contradictory but hey, 'people are strange' ;-)

Unlikely that they will do such a style. Glad to hear you like your wholecuts!

Looking at the Carmina belts on the website. Is 34" the smallest size in stock? I've got a slender build and have a 30" waist.

Steve from GF advised me that the run small anyway. So waist size + 2" (typical rule for belts) + 2" (to accommodate for Carmina's belts running small).

I've found this to be true.

I've also had a different one trimmed because I bought one that was too big when my size was out of stock. You could shorten it yourself with a sharp blade and a leather hole puncher available on amazon for $5. It's not even as unideal as Patrick makes it sound. Not that big of a deal at all, actually.

@Leaves

Does Bonafe have a model like this? Would anybody be interested in GMTO?

Most definately. We actually have a similar style incoming in suede in about 3 months. It will look something like this.
