Pre-order for Edward Green Dover in DOAK on the 606 now available:
http://www.skoaktiebolaget.se/colle...-order-deposit-edward-green-dover-in-dark-oak

This is a good opportunity for people with large/small sizes and different widths to get their hands on the Dover.

Would it be too redundant to get this DOAK Dover, if I already have a GG Hove in DOAK?

X2

That's the color I would have gone for had they had a pair in my size available.

Thanks brotha!

I was very tempted by the green, truth be told. Justin's pair were my straight-up fave, but that color range is already very well represented in the rotation.

I wanted the reddish ones as well but I have 2 shoes in the rotation. The tan/brown immediately caught my attention and I didnt hesitate to purchase even though I literally purchased the GG Hoves like a day before.

Hey @Leaves
!

Do you know if Carmina makes loafers on any of their wider lasts other than Forest? I love the loafer designs but I have pretty much no hope of squeezing my foot into the Simpson or Uetam lasts that most of the loafers seem to be made on.

Thanks!

I had them make up a pair of shell cordo loafers on the Rain for me. It took a bit of convincing, but they eventually conceded and the result is great.

The finish is different as I find EG's to have a "deeper" look; I don't think it would be redundant. Next, an angel should speak some logic about having two dark brown shoes... Anyone? :decisions:
Just received my GGs also. They fit a hair big. But comfortable and can't wait for them to be broken in. Gorgeous shoe
G&G lasts are long but surprisingly well proportioned for me.

I also visited my PO. Yesterday, it USPS said my package was "Out for Delivery" and today was "Delivery status not updated" so I figure it hasn't been scanned. This is what I found:

How did you size your GG justin? Did you go a full size down or half size

Does GG TG73 fit narrower then Carminas Rain last? I'm trying to nail down my TG73 last sizing. I'm a 9.5UK in the Rain, although I find it a touch long.
