Yes, i'm now seeing more of the roundness of the MH71, especially in it's side profile contouring. I like it, I'll plan to get this last for a future pair of Sinatra and St. James...

Maybe I should clarify, we do have a few straggler pairs in our EG staple (such as Berkeley, Chelsea etc) incoming. And we also have loads of new stuff incoming for you guys:

Edward Green
Edward Green Falkirk - 82 last - B1 leather sole (1.5 weight soles) - Edwardian. September
Edward Green Shannon VIII - 82 last - B1 leather sole (1.5 weight soles) - Dark Oak. September
Edward Green Alderley - 202 last - Double leather sole - Gold Delapre. September

Were'nt these supposed to be Dainite soles? I remember going the MTO route for my Alderleys because I couldn't swallow non-leather soles for this boot...

Aye, sorry, that's supposed to be brown Dainite. I'll have to correct that on our website.

^ Damn I really like that cross lacing on the boot. I might have to try that with some of my bal boots.

Anyone interested in this makeup as a GMTO?

Black or brown is fine with me.
Rubberole.
Plain toe cap also works.
Calf seems like the only option since carmina doesnt accept any cordovan orders.
Next year I'm definitely getting a two-tone balmoral boot, this one is gorgeous!!

There is already a brown/grained brown balmoral from carmina coming out in September. Why not try burgundy/brown or burgundy/blue (or even bleu/burgundy)?

It looks like that would be a good solution for my 7-eyelet balmoral boots that I can't do proper bar lacing on.
