Opinions on H&S "Dakota" Book

Gentlemen,

What is your opinion on current offerings in Holland & Sherry's "Dakota" book?

I'm looking for a new pair of whipcord trousers, and this range seems to fit the bill (English made, with weights up to 16 oz), but H&S has a mixed repute on the forumland.

Is this cloth bespoke-worthy?

New Dakota book has different cloth than the previous book and the cloth I used the most is no longer being made. Haven't used these new offerings much but I prefer the heavier weight in the book. Look at the 14-16 ounce twills in the Scabal Panache book too.
