^^^It has healed. I'm back to my regular workouts now, but focusing on good form from start to finish. When my technique starts to fail I stop. I think bad form as I reached failure was what caused my shoulder injury as well as some others I've had.
That's good. My right shoulder has been acting up for a couple months now since I benched 275 so I've been doing lots of rotator cuff movements etc but I do pullups and muscleups without much issue. I do stricter form now and controlled on negatives plus a new rotator cuff exercise that seems to be working. I had my shoulder workout last night and it hasn't acted up fortunately.
