I've tried contacting Jamison several times and no response, is there someone else I should email?

I've been trying to buy some trousers from his site (by getting some questions answered) but if I purchase and need to contact for a return am I SOL?

Also who has a decent selection of charvet in LA?

I was having trouble getting in touch with him recently too--ordered some trousers, and they hadn't shipped after three weeks. Several unanswered emails, etc.

Not sure what to tell you to do--I emailed one last time, and he responded that time. The trousers were backordered, and they shipped the next day.

This was late last week FWIW.

Keep in mind it is basically a one man operation over there, and I believe he holds down a 9-5 as well--he could easily be traveling, have something personal going on, etc.

I similarly have been unable to get a hold of Jamison to exchange a pair of pants. Am thinking I should just try to sell them. This is very disappointing as I had planned to order more products that appealed to me on the site. I can scratch Howard Yount off the list moving forward.
