Completely forgot about the draft, my team didn't turn out quite as bad as I was expecting.

Me too. I got 3 injured players: Nowitzki, Wall and Rose. My season hinges on whether Rose returns early.

Eh, our bench has 5 spots, I think there is room to store 1-2 injured players but it is cutting it close for a later season run. If your team can stay in contention til then (Feb or March) then you're good to go.

To be honest, the roster we use is so small and there are so many good FAs left and there will be much more that rises as the season progresses that a bad roster isn't going to hit you hard since you can adjust easily and store them in the bench. There will be a lot of regretful nigths where we go "Fuck, I should have put _____ over _____ in the line-up tonight because he did better!". lol8[1].gif

^^

Thats the thing. I have 3 injured players, I already see multiple games where I am losing production where I have empty slots that cant be filled thru injury. The other thing is that Dirk takes a while to get in the flow, meaning some slow ass production early in his return.

Is there a max # of games per position for the whole season?

Regarding Rose, I didnt waste a 7th rd pick to turn around and drop him. Unless I hear bad news about his return date, I need to hang with him.

Ride or die philosophy. Hope it pans out in your favor.

Problem is he's on a new team, no clue how much he will produce or even play.

I also forgot. I have lots of bigs, but not enough 3 pts or asst. I've had one offer but I didn't feel it was fair.

Rumor is Rose might not even come back this year. I wouldn't have drafted him that early...
