Tan shoes in winter?

How light are we talking? I could imagine a brown on the lighter side of medium in a pebble grain being a possibility for winter.

I've added the photo of said shoes in the event someone reads this thread 5 years from now and the link died.
These shoes are fine year round. Snow and salt will be your enemy though so take precautions by puchasing a pair of galoshes.

I was wondering the same thing. I went tan shoe hunting yesterday and 2 stores told me that it would be hard for me to find tan shoes because fall is here and that I should be looking for a darker shoe.
There are guidelines to it but if you ask me I can careless about them. I dress as I please.
