I don't care if they make toast. Those are butt ugly boots.
Oh if they are functional then tuck your pants in or they'll get covered by slush and snow.

you're welcome.

FWIW I never had the uge to tuck my pants in my Lowa/Meinl hiking boots

1.) they are functional and of good quality
2.) those are shoes for outdoor activities
3.) they are somewhat ok for walking in villages or the city, at least for the snowiest and coldiest winter. as normal winter gear they are over the top. Indoors they are like hell.

Okay, so:
1. If there ever is a gender more entitled to wear military inspired boots with pats tucked in, that gender is Masculine, yes, yes (setting aside hipster, gay, girlie, showoff etc) Men, if they choose so, can wear pants tucked in boots (fit pants, not suit pants). It has been done for centuries, and, if done properly, it inspires confidence, style, and some sort of old forgotten military pride. People nowadays like to say, tucking in is just for girls, but theres no reason, or historical proof that women ever did that, and yes, the woman's boot is inspired by the cavalry boot that has been designed for men. Its what military boots have been designed for, tucking pants in!! Especially hen in bad weather, when, if your pants are not double layered from the knees down, you tuck them in, and dont feel bad about it!
Botts are all about protecting the legs, they are the outer layer, thats what they are designed for, and reasons why pants should be tucked in are numerous (especially in bad weather): Protecting the leg, the pants fabric from tearing, from getting wet or frozen, and from incomodating the user (in the event that it gets stuck in smth, or gets hanged in smth.)
2. These boots of yours could work, but with the right pants, its a bit too modern for a proper look. If you want to tuck the pants in this specific boot, wait for bad weather conditions. Choose a more calssic type of military boot, like a cocoran boot, or a pair of jump boots, wear it in the cold season and you cant go wrong with it, regardless if its rains, snow, or dry.
And again, some big fat boot tip coming out from some jeans who reach down to your heels... looks goof-ish, and not cool, nor for style or practicality.

I know many haters whold curse me, but this is just my opinion, if it makes you feel good, go for it! If people stick to matters of "common sense" our society whould have been stuck in the middle ages. "ints not good, its stupid, plain marsupial." No, its not man, if you like it, if you want it, go for it!
