@mikegnthensome I placed an order on Fri and was assured it would go out on Mon, but haven't received any notification. I can send the order # but wasn't sure if there are other delays - it obviously hasn't been that long but I need to travel for work and was hoping to take my new item.

@Klemins I got your back bud. Send me the order # over a DM and I'll make sure it goes out today. No problemo

Hello All

Just recently acquired my first TS item, the chore pants in ash. Love the fit and have gotten in on the camp pant workshop now as well.

I have a question for sizing on tops/jackets going forward though. Im 6'0", 185lbs and usually to tall for M and to slim for L. Looking at the olive long haul jacket and would like to order soon, what would you recommend? Im thinking the L

I used the measuring guide compared to a couple other jackets i have and it didn't seem to line up at all, I'm sure I'm measuring from the wrong places...

Cheers

Large for sure.  I'm 6'1" 200 lbs and take XL.  With a large you will have a fitted but comfortable jacket.  You don't want the medium.

How are the boots fitting compared to Alden or AE?  Looks like there's two days left on the plain toe Moto and they look pretty killer.

Every week I show my wife the Women's drops (opted for only the Juniper dress so far which also happened to be the only one I liked for her anyway). She really is looking for some low-rise pants. I know high-rise is in right now, but I wanna toss one in for low for her. If you feel like passing that along, of course :-p

@th3buhbuh Thanks bud. Will certainly pass this along! The women's line is a work in progress and feedback is the name of the game. Thanks for passin' this along

Anyone have fit comparisons between the two brands?

I wear 36/regular chinos, 37/regular denim, medium/classic or large/slim button ups, large size outerwear.

@Medoc is making my job easy... That was a damn good answer. Like always, mucho gracias mi amigo.

@Smitty2k1 If you want to send me any particular sizing questions on pieces, just drop me a DM and I can help yah out. It's hard to compare general sizes but if you have a piece you love, I can help steer you towards the right size.

I wear Gustin XXL shirts / T's and could not go any smaller.  I once tried XL shirts and had to send back, too tight across the chest.  I wear XL in TS for everything I've tried, which is shirts, jackets and sweaters/sweatshirts.  Gustin XXL = TS XL.  TS is more true to size compared to other brands where Gustin fits small, in my opinion.  I'd guess your TS size is one down from your Gustin size, maybe some others can back me up on this.

I wear size 37 gustin straight denim, no experience with their chinos.  I wear TS size 36 democratic fit denim.  On both pairs, the waist is just a tad tight when they arrive and stretch out perfectly with like 3 wears (they are listed at same 37.5" measurment).  TS democratic denim has nice room for my large thighs and has a more fitted look than the gustin straight denim.  The leg opening is smaller with the knee down more slim, albeit with plenty of room.  I am not a slim man in any way and the TS democratic fit is comfortable while remaining stylish and modern looking for me.  TS chinos look awesome but they don't offer a size 37 and I don't feel like buying a size 38 and having extensive tailoring at this time.

@mikegnthensome  Does TS have any denim offerings in the near future?  The shuttle loomed italians from last year have been a favorite of mine for a long time.

@Medoc for you, anything :)

Next Sunday, we've got something super special cooked up. Don't want to give away too many details but it should more than quench your denim yearnings. Stay patient young grasshopper, good things come to those who wait

This is a really great question. I am interested in a moto boot but hesitated because I wasn't certain about the size. I wear an 11.5 in a wolverine 1000 mile, an 11 in Alden Indy (trubalance) and an 11.5 in Alden Aberdeen. Any guidance on how to size your boots?

Just got the Tan Wax Trucker.  Lighter weight than I expected but superbly made.  Same tight wrists though.  Not sure why they have to be made so tight

I've got pretty narrow wrists so the TS sleeve width generally fits me perfectly. My olive canvas trucker is supposed to arrive today so I'll have some feedback on that soon.

It's not so much the sleeve width but at the wrist it is tight enough that with a long sleeve shirt cuff and a watch, it is impossible to button, and taking it off I have to unbutton - guess my hands are oversized :D

I prefer the slim wrists but have weird proportions (and also like them tight, almost like a shirt)...one of my biggest gripes with denim-style jackets is blousy sleeves/huge wrist openings, which many brands do, unfortunately.

Totally agree and would rather have them tight
