whats really bugging me right now are my folks who are insisting that I get a 2nd opinion... from a doctor of a different field. the doctor I have right now is probably the best in this kind of area in our parts.

Good luck and I hope you make a complete recovery.

Having had a bad case of Bell's Palsy several years ago that left my left eye permanently wonky and twitchy (slamming it shut to squint through a camera doesn't help), I can definitely empathize.

Looks like a snow shaker outside my window, which is all very scenic but it means I am snowed in again.

Oh, come on. It's not all that hard - you have the over-lay part, and the part behind the front, and then this knotty thing that holds it all together. Simple, really!

I had a hard time w/ it. Go to a haberdashery and they will teach you. Also think of it like you are tying a pair of shoes.

******* sister. looks like she screwed up another job. basically, I can't think of any jobs she has had that she didn't eithr get fired from or have the employer not renew her contract, going back to high school. she doens't see the pattern, either, she thinks that everyone is ******* with her.

now, she is thinking of totally changing her career path. she wants to be a school superintendant. never tought in a school before, never worked in a government job. she is 47. I don't know what she is thinking.

I always love people that think they'll move right into a high ranking job without the relevant experience. I always wonder wtf they are thinking.

seriously. she doesn't want to be a high school teacher, or a principal, her plan is to be a superintendant. and, here is the thing - she really has lost her jobs each time because of poor office politics skills, and an inability to negotiate and communicate. skills that, it seems to me, are essential for a superintendant.

****, I am either going to be dealing with a funaral or suporting her in her old age, one or the other. and, really, I don't wish her any harm, I wish she would jsut get her life in order.

So one of the VP's at the company I used to work for started his own firm about 2 years ago. I emailed him to see if he had any open positions, he said that he had one, and even though it wasn't exactly what I was looking for, I have the relevant experience and I should email him back if I was interested in the position. Since I am interested in the position, I emailed him back, and I missed the word 'the' in the middle of the first sentence of the email stating that I am interested in the position. **** ****************

Hmmm. I have an idea: Monk-strap bow ties!

....

On to the business at hand. Please, I am always happy to lend a hand for whatever purpose in the office. There is no need to stamp every sheet of paper you send my way with big red PRIORITY, stamped repeatedly on the face and any attending sheets. PLZ.

fackers.
