Anyway, it turns out I lost a sizable amount of weight in muscle mass. My chest, legs, and arms look and feel noticeably smaller. Rough start to 2016.
It's water not muscle, you will gain it back when you start eating and drinking again. 3 days isn't enough to make a visible loss of muscle.
Salt makes you retain water and if you cut salt out of your diet, the water will disappear.
