For the EG 'D' sizing, this is the UK D right (as opposed to the normal 'E')? I tried it on yesterday and it was pretty narrow compared to my 888 in 'E' fitting...

My preference is always for UK 'E' width ( more often than not achievable through RL).
I sized up a full size in the Boots and the length is perfect, however slightly narrower than I would like.

Hey if they are your size and the price is right, do it.
I have purchased from him before - quality Seller.

When I asked the SA, they reported not having any 'E' width. frown.gif

When you say you "sized up a full size," can you explain? Do you mean you are a US 10D and instead of going 10/10.5D you went with 10.5/11D?

The 89 is roomy enough that I size down for a better fit. That being said, the 888 might be even roomier in the area just behind the toe box (vamp?), if not the toe box itself.

I think if you see a "D" fitting at RL, its a UK D or US C. I've purchased 3 pair recently and the boxes all say 10D, with the EG writing stating "9.5/10E/888"

The shoes aren't labeled as "E" width, they are labeled as dsmivtr indicated. So, if you get an unknowledgeable SA you are out of luck.

Agreed. He has posted many more EG's that were not included in his previous post. I'm sure his collection is above 100 pairs.

I actually was looking for a few different colors. The most pressing would be a light tan to match my Cadogans.

I was just going to contact Leffot and Edward Green directly, but if anyone has a good price on belts, I'd be interested.

This is the only thing I could find on the Leffot site

But no real detail on EG belts.
