How's the sizing on Lands End Canvas?

I'm really digging the look of this line.  The price is about what I can justify spending on clothes at the moment.  I'm 6'1 185 and usually wear a medium in GAP/Banana Republic.  I can wear a small in some shirts if I plan on rolling up the sleeves.  I'm looking into getting some casual button ups that I'll wear untucked.  How is their fit overall?  What size you think I should try?

Probably medium. I'm 5'9.5, 160 and 39 in the chest, small fits me the best. Small might still work for you though, depending on shoulder length and chest size..

If you're in the US, you can return items from LEC at any Sears store that sells Lands End. I suggest buying a S and M in whatever you're planning on getting, then keeping the one that fits best. FYI, there's a LEC discussion thread with lots of info 1-2 pages back.
