Since a few months I have been thinking about ordering a stingray wholecut. Last saturday Riccardo was in Amsterdam with a few pieces of stingray. So we talked a bit about what I wanted and what he recommended.
We decided on a wholecut, made in goodyear with wooden pegging. The piping, laces, lining, waist of the sole and even the shoe trees will all be made in same colour purple. A very, very dark purple bordering on black. The diamond/pearl of the stingray will be on the tongue of the shoe.
I have asked Riccardo to update regularly with photo's so I could share them with you fellas. So here is the first bunch of pictures.
