i have the patio shirt too, the button-holes are really small, i'll unbutton the button-down collar, it is barely recognizeable

Shameless plug, but I have a number of Schneider pieces for sale right now, for sizes 44-46. Also, that '04 collection looks so good, love all of the asymmetrical buttoning coats.

What is the sizing like? If i'm a size 40, should i get a 5 or 6?

5

To give you an idea and with my pic above as a reference, I'm 6'2" and usually a 42, and that's a size 6. So if you want it to fit even more drapey and long, go for 6
