Seems like things aren't going too well for the English makers. A couple of years ago Leather Soul told G&G to **** off and more recently Geroge Cleverley. Now G&G were dropped by The Armoury aswell. Looking at these policies I can't really say that I'm surprised, this all smells like rip-off.

It will all boiled down to the mighty dollar, as usual. If there are enough people paying for it, they will continue to do it. Also, they may be well enough off in there RTW game that they do not have enough of an incentive to make MTO as affordable as possible. Maybe it's not a decent money venture for them.

Wigmore in dark antique cherry (open to other reds) with black hatch shaft
St James II in Rioja hatch
Uppingham in any flavor of darker brown you like

In addition, I think there was support for your blue on blue Oakhams, so I'd repeat those, and I believe I recall several interested in Hoves, but don't recall the details.
