Black Arrans, in the wild:
With the slip-on`s I`ve found that it will be clear by trying the next size up that that size is too big. Once you get your right size, and I would not go too tight (or a size down), you will find (or I did) that the back suede lining is quite rough, but does smooth a little and does take the form of your heel. The suede I believe is only in the slip-ons. I would not count on too much stretching, but certainly the insole will conform to your foot, and that usually gives you a little room, but as for the sides, I would say the only thing that happens is the leather conforms to your foot. I find a lot of shoe sales people suggest to go down (or at least try), and this is a big mistake in my opinion.I thought the Antibes were way too snug on Day One. Made my feet hurt and actually caused me to walk differently, which made other muscles hurt. On Wear Two that got better and I did quite a bit of walking that day. They feel pretty good now on Wear Three. That's three wears in less than a week for a guy who does not like loafers. Sweet shoes.
Anyone have Antibes in 11US? I have St. Tropez that I am looking to trade for, PLEASE PM me.
And I am still looking for someone who wants to part their Fairmont in 9E UK!

I'm sure Spoo would part with his for $1299
Very classy pair, I assume wide fitting means MTO or they just happen to have wide fitting for this model? I probably wide fitting for TG73 as well...
Great shoes, did you shine the toecaps yourself or were they like that out of the box?
