What a wild ass day for that one. Whether or not ya like the company, this stock is a trader's dream.

Little weakness this morning in AMRN, figured.

I'm hearing 8/10, and 8/17 for NCE.... can't find an 'official' link telling which

I am assuming the AMRN is because of profit taking?

I've been glancing headlines, PRs looking good...but share price not so good.

Yeah, I'll be the first to admit I don't get it. With this monster volume I figured we should either be way up, or way lower....maybe they are letting someone in? Someone with L2 access want to let me know what's going on?

We have a gap from exactly one month ago we are filling...let's see what happens next week.

You guys fallow tech, but do you fallow telecom as well. YTD return on At&t is 23% + dividend so far. Not really sure why other that what appears to be the hunt for yield and a good report card.

I hold some vodaphone shares that aren't really doing anything...but other than that I stay away. Its one of those things where I am not really sure whether or not I should be trading stocks in that sector. I do some telecom work and while it is probably fine for me to trade 99.5% of the time, there have definitely been instances where I am sure I have knowledge I am not supposed to trade on...especially if work is involving M&A. Usually things I do are either not material or we become involved *after* things get public...but its easier for me to just play it safe and put my money elsewhere (especially since we are talking about such small amounts of money that I would feel silly going to my parent company's complaince officer to get confirmation that its ok for me to trade less than a grand's worth of stock).

capex muted, adjusted data plan is much more profitable, and cutting subsidies as they sell less iphone and more samsung.

cable companies r doing very well too.

not the same for telcos around the world tho, european telecos hurting very much. telefonica is ouch. kpn cut dividends so they can have some capex. they r very cautious about capex but will be forced to spend if the traffic level runs above their sla (which will be due to olympics). post olympics it will be bloody lol.

all these travel companies will probably suffer post olympics.
