FREESHIP = free shipping? Nice! I could use that.

I was thinking about picking up some of their Corgi socks, even though they're expensive as ****. Anybody have any experience with them? Why are they so damn expensive?

I dunno but I sure as hell wouldn't spend $32 on a single pair of cotton socks. Cotton is cotton no matter how you spin it.

i m wondering how many ppl coped the faded black cadet jacket today when it was only 59.99 and you can get freeshipping on top of it. i saw it this morning and went back later in the afternoon and didn't see the faded black options any more. if they sold those out in less than 8 hrs....wow.

That is a good score, the cadet is a great lightweight jacket and for $60 tough to beat. Reminds me of the time I scored my faded black fatigue jacket for $80. I have nicer (more expensive) jackets and I've tried replacing this one but I'll be damned if I don't love this stupid fatigue jacket. It's comfortable, functional and fits well. Makes me sort of want a cadet for spring but I have too many jackets as it is.

I'm sure they are clearing them out for spring since that was more of a winter jacket due to the color I guess. It's a great jacket though. I'm glad I got it for $80. The regular price of $128. was a bit too high for it.

My green J.Crew x New Balance arrived today. NB doesn't get much love here, but I'm really liking these. Wore them all day and they were super comfortable as well.

better shot of them paired with the vintage slim fit cords that I also ordered,

Really surprised how much I like the fit on the cords. I kind of wish I would have ordered more pairs since they were under fifteen dollars (if only they had a greater variety of colors

Looks good. Do you have a link to those cords online? I'd like to check them out.

The fit of those cords is great on you, Curious_George, and the NBs look surprisingly good. They had a pretty large variety of colors earlier on in FW, but most of the good ones probably were already gone by sale season.

These are the ones. Just as a heads up mine are sized down 1 (I always find I need to size down 1 on J.Crew's pants).

The XS dress shirts fit me perfectly. I'm a size 15/33 in normal dress shirts that are to be worn with a tie.

Couple of heads ups

1) I got my order of the neck and sleeve dress shirts. I orded two, a blue stripe and what they claimed to be a purple check (seems more blue to me).. The dress shirts fit the neck and sleeve TTS and seem similar to their standard button down shirt fit (if you like it slimmer, go with their slim fit). But I could wear these shirts legitimately with my standard business wear.

2) I also got my Quoddy suede mocs in cognac. They fit TTS, so don't size down. I have a wide foot and they are snug initially, but given the soft suede, I expect them to mold to my feet. I will spray with suede protectant before wearing out.

3) I also ordered some "essential" chinos. They are very good. Size down one, chinos stretch out.

4) Separately, I got a card in the mail for a 20% off sale on all items purchased IN STORE until April 11. The card can be used multiple times. The normal J Crew caveats apply - no "third party branded" merchandise. However, we all know those caveats are negotiable.

I bought this order 20% off with the coupon in my march catalog. I'm pretty happy. I'll keep ordering.

Great summary. Interesting that you were able to get 20% off ......
