I had duties+brokerage on my sole order that Outlier shipped via UPS. I requested my other orders to always ship via USPS/Canada Post. Of those (more than 5) I've only had to pay duties once; on an order for the Soft Core Jacket.

Edit: some of the items are actually made in Canada (the wool caps iirc) so they really shouldn't be charging any duties in Canada.

Much appreciated, thanks guys.

And yes, UPS is always a swift kick in the balls when it arrives. Really glad they give you the USPS option.

I've ordered twice to spain, one was declared as $40 for some nyco pants and I paid 30e in taxes, another package with dungarees an a shirt was marked 120 or something like that, 42 euros

in short, better (my experience is with the first generation rivet though, which was constructed differently than the current version. I'm not sure if the pattern has changed). The nyco has a longer rise and perhaps slightly more taper from the knee down. The fabric is much more durable but not as soft as my original khaki chinos, which didn't hold up well at all. Size down at least one from EP sizing

I'm the opposite, I felt Nyco slims fit super weird, top block was super tight but thighs and legs were not comparably slim. I'd say it fits like Left Field NYC from a while back when tops would be ridiculously tight and bottom areas would be loose

I'm wearing the slim dungarees for the first time today and they are the most comfortable pants I've ever had. They are ******* amazing.

Thanks for the answers, guys. So it seems like the top block on these guys is going to be pretty tight relative to Rivets. How's the difference in weight between these and, say, the 8 oz twill or 10 oz duck canvass Rivets? Significantly warmer, or a smaller difference?

Just got a pair of OGs before they raise the price.
Waist sizing should be similar to the slim dungarees / nycos right?

cheers mate, there's a few pieces I'm after but spent quite a bit in the sales so need to try and keep within my budget.

Yes, all their waist size run similar. IMO going TTS or sizing down 1 works.
