Well let me clarify - there's two of us who use it at home and colleagues often stop by for a coffee as well so I don't ingest 40 espressos a week all by myself :)

Now that I think about it, I typically go through two sleeves a week, too, though that is home and office combined.

If you want solid drinkable, mostly above average (0815 restaurant/café), espressi, without having to care at all about the preperation, go for it. If you're willing to invest time (or actually want to), go for a Rancilio Silvia (or alike) plus a good grinder.

I have (or rather had) the DeLonghi Citiz & Milk. Looks good but lots of plastic (that's the case with all Nespresso machines though).
The milk thingy is ok. It's no comparison to real steam-foamed milk -- "foam" incorporated in all the liquid" (as opposed to "frothed" milk: foam and milk are seperated) though.

I have blue bottle by me. I am unimpressed with their espresso. I have the pixie machine and love it. I didn't bother with the milk forthing BS because I hate milk. I think Nespresso is great for the simplicity and consistency. I do like the espresso at another local joint better, however this is eons above anything I can get close to work.

I'm a diehard espresso drinker but for me being a college student, the simplicity of Nespresso is perfect. It fits ontop of my fridge and there is really no mess. The espresso is very good although obviously not as good as being at an Italian cafe. The best part for me is the online ordering, it will be at my door in no more then 2 days and its a flat shipping rate no matter how much you order.

The customer service line is also fantastic.
