Real messenger bags - Page 2

i have 2 timbuk2s i like them but they fucking suck when you have alot of cargo to carry and you're riding a long ways...it all gathers at one end. I want to get their backpack but haven't got the money right now. I think it's just mess bags in general. ReLoad is $$ Chrome is shit, i hate that buckle like someone else said. Anyone heard anything about Burro bags?

Great bag Got mine at TJ Maxx 3 years ago for $16.99

Another vote for Timbuk2. I haven't really put mine through a lot, but I've had it for years now and it looks pretty much brand new. The fact that they can be found on sale for dirt cheap if you prowl the web (or certain B&M stores) is just a bonus.

I'm thinking about pulling the trigger on a Bag Jack bag... I've heard nothing but amazing things.

While kinda of trendy, my chrome has been solid as a rock so far and looks like it will go the distance.
Pretty bomb proof. Just wish they had a back sweat reduction feature .

Chrome bags? Bike messengers seem to use these a lot.

i have a medium superpro. given, sometimes i wish the medium was a bit larger for weekend trips home from college, but really a medium is overkill for most. my medium bailey is larger than a friend's large timbuk2 for example. if you have a laptop sleeve, then the bailey works well for it provided the bag has other stuff in it, otherwise you might feel like the bag has too much room for the laptop to move around in.
