Considering these were your first Cleverley bespoke, did Mr. Glasgow attempt to disuade you from making your first pair with Cleverley, in the Russian Reindeer? Now that you own a G&G bespoke derby, and a Cleverley bespoke derby, which shoe's fit, is more to your liking?

Did that boat sink under the weights of all the reindeer skins? The supply seems inexhaustible.

No, he didn't. He actually encouraged it. I wanted a pair before the supply ran out and considering my collection of shoes I wanted something different as a bespoke pair. You'll be happy to hear my next two pair being made are both lazy men.

Fit wise, GC is much much much more to my liking compared to G&G. I hold nothing against G&G but my one pair of bespoke shoes are not comfortable at all. Enough so that I do not wear them at all. To each his own though and I'm certain G&G makes perfect fitting shoes for others.

I believe there was quite a supply on board but you have to realize GC isn't pumping out bespoke Russian leather shoes and leather goods like a factory in China so the supply will last. How long more? Only time will tell.
