Thanks Fok. I actually have a sz.54 Balenciaga coat so your size suggestion is spot on, at least now I know the sizing is consistent. And yeah, the arms are definitely more of a concern than the shoulders with Balenciaga. I have a Schneider coat that manages to fit even slimmer in the sleeves it still wearable though, unlike the blazers with their sadistic narrow structured shoulders+high armholes+skinny sleeves combination.

Not for nothing, but I have Balenciaga by way of Maxfield from the first season for men (2001?). A size 44 (equivalent) military canvas shirt. Serious about the size. And I was about 165 lbs at the time. And it was still fitted. At least sizing is somewhat consistent now. I think that Jay was like, a little baby at that time. I also have Dsquared from that time, so eat it :)

And it doesn't include the word "homme". Took me forever to figure out how to pronounce it for some reason. Pretty embarrassing, in retrospect.
