Mt. Rainier Design reversible anorak in tan. The construction, fit, and details are just perfect. When I'm feeling really wild I'll reverse it and go for the "drug rug chic" look.

Bought it from someone in the SF classifieds for $275. Unionmade still had a similar one in a couple of sizes 40% off as of yesterday.

Remember, Japanese sizing. I'm usually in between an XS and a S and the Medium fits me really well.

What's the shorter coat you already have toasty?

Both are by Nuur

The AW03 Y's suit I posted earlier in wool gab, super dark navy nearly black. Non-functional cuffs with the stitching detail around the 3rd one, and the buttons to fasten the jacket/sleeveless are joined transposable pairs (imagine them like this when seen from the side: |---| ) so you can have 3 on inner or move them to outer and also move to other side of inner (accounting for reversible nature of jacket). The inner attaches to outer via a series of hidden buttons along the sides and 3 along the collar. The stitching creates a very nice contrast and give the illusion of structure while the fabric just falls gently along the body. The jacket and sleeveless together are substantial enough for colder days, while each on its own can accommodate warmer and warmer temps. Pants are slim, and a touch too short for my liking (i'd prefer they break at the sneakers rather than just end there). An unfortunate goodbye awaits.

Was super tempted by this, if it was the navy or cross version I wouldn't have hesitated. Too much grey in my wardrobe

Fool, you needed this.

Will be interested to see what you do with the pants hem, Shah

Well, the whole bottom to be honest--looks small on you, visually, than what you have been wearing nowadays.
