Proportions look good now, but try looking less like a robot bra. Fit itself isn't terribly exciting but looks fine. Also I know it's cold as **** but try going outside, inside kinda sucks and I don't like your house. To be fair, my dorm is a shithole.

yeah somet 031/030 depending on colour. black is 031 indigo is 030. cuffed because i like the contrast.

Camera angle change definitely does you a big favor. I think the leg opening on those jeans is too narrow to wear over those boots. Not sure that I am proposing you do a boot tuck either... maybe try different footwear? Though a boot similar to that with a narrower profile may work out nicely.

Snowman I think something with less of a taper might look better. Right now the small hem just exaggerates your bow legs.

edit; the problem with the velour chinos as I observe the pic is that in addition to 96% cotton they contain 4% "elastine". Which apparently will provide just the right amount of substance to cause a sheen...wrinkled..sloppy yet slightly formal appearance in the sun. Granted they were a bit wrinkled. But not the right choice for an olive drab wool coat hoodie and boots. Plus they're too big. Like the sleeves on the jacket.
