I agree that the stacks were definitely a little too much, but the look that Lanvin has with their high tops that's cool/appealing to him is the fact that they tuck trousers into high tops. I think he should perhaps undo his laces a bit to let the high tops look looser, so that the contrast between shoe and trouser isn't as drastic, but to not tuck would ruin the whole look he's going for. If you don't want to tuck, that's why they made the low tops

Not the 1st or the 3rd, but I saw a pair of hi-tops today in a Neimans with a big wave of teal sequins/possibly rhinestones.

I like the effect of the cardigan, very cool. You should switch to 17.5cms though, needs moar taper
