What's with this? They will sort of fondle the weights while walking around talking loudly about exercise. And when you need something, you can bet that it is occupied for one of their 5 rep per 30 minutes sets.

And they're fat.

Yeah, there is this one guy that must live there - because whether I go at 7 in the morning, or 7 at night, he's in there checking himself out in the mirror.

I lift at a YMCA. There are usually homeless people in the locker rooms.

And you are noticing him! Sounds like the beginnings of a sausage fest at your gym!

People who spend more time and take up more space stretching than they do lifting weight really annoy me.

Not necessarily. Anyway, I thought he was joking that he always saw himself checking himself out in the mirror in the mirror.

Sometimes I feel like I'm the only person in the gym actually getting anything done.

I don't mind this if there's nowhere else to stretch and if the stretching is clearly part of their program and they're doing it without ******** around wasting time.

I work out on campus, so this is such a frequent thing I hardly notice it now. The gym is starting to thin out a bit now that it's almost February, but I'm still finding it difficult to get enough elbow room to jump rope without worrying about hitting some moron chatting it up nearby.

Guys that bounce the bar off their chest while benching...

Guys whose spotter lifts just as much as they do...

Guys that slam weight racks when done...

Guys that do half reps of the entire rack as fast as they can...

Grunters...
