The measurements on a pair of jeans can be deceiving, and are not always a good indication of fit. If a designer says that they are mid/low rise, and you've seen fit pics, trust that. People's bodies vary considerably, but at least you are seeing the jeans, shirt, etc... worn by a real, live, person (again, there are exceptions. You can't tell what you will look like in a piece from any of Oak's pictures, unless you are very skinny and constantly vogue-ing.) Rise, waist, etc... are measured flat, but your ass is in 3-D, excepting some of the waifs on SZ and Sufu (I call these the skinniest, weakest ass ninjas ever.) Even if you were given a full set of measurements (hehe, retailers are going to hate you if you ask for some of these), including the seat, the difference between the back and front rise, and so on, nothing really compares to being able to try a pair of jeans on in person, or, barring that, good fit pictures.

Sorry to bring this up again, but are those thigh measurements really accurate? I don't think I've seen many, if any, jeans that had the same EXACT thigh measurement for three different sizes.

The thighs look fine in the fit pic, but I'm having trouble wrapping my head around a 33 pair having smaller thigh measurements than most 28s in slimmer cuts such as the SE05BSP.

I feel ya APK. it's really hard for me to beleive the size chart on the website.

According to Selfedge, the thigh and hem measurement on my tagged 33 Flathead SExFH05s is larger than that of a tagged 33 in MWoC, and these are F***ers are HELLA slim.

I feel like these are cut more like KMW Rockers, though, and those in a tagged 33 are awesome on me.

Im looking to get a MWoC that is between my Rocker and SExFH05s, but what sizeeeee?

thigh measurement is pretty variable depending on how high or low the jeans are supposed to sit on you too. like if they're cut to sag a bit and give more nut room the thigh will be smaller because its further down your thigh where your thigh is smaller etc.

I dont think thats right either. I will measure them myself tomorrow. It could be the nathan mis typed or something it happens.
I will make sure tomorrow morning that way tote holders still have dibbs.

That's what I read in this thread, but unless you own a magical tote you will have to wait until Saturday.

^^ nope because the thigh isn't that slim. I am a 32 in the jean and have plenty of thigh room.
I don't have big thighs but they are little either.
If there were measurement errors they will be corrected Tomorrow morning.

Saturday I will post a SFC for NON- tote holders.
Best,
Mauro

And like that, I can now truthfully say I have tote-holding capabilities.
