fucked up my hair about 10 days ago.

My hair on top is maybe 1.5-2" in length. I tried using the just for men dye to get rid of some greys on the side and went a shade too dark and kept it on for a bit too long. Now the front part of my scalp is my regular dark brown and the sides and back half of my scalp are damn near black. It makes it look all shiny and totally off. i tried using the at home removal stuff and it worked for about a week but it seems to have faded off or something and we're back to black.

I didnt mind but people have made comments at work and its pretty embarassing, lol. So what are my options?

Will cutting it short (2 on the sides, finger length on top) make it more or less noticeable? Should I try the OTC color remover **** again? Id prefer not to go to a salon and spend $50 and want it done tonight. Tips?

By all means, if you went that route, now is the time to have a pro fix that ****...go to a salon ASAP. The OTC stuff is always a risky proposition.

doesnt look too bad in that light, the black just makes it look like greas brown. And yea, probably could use a trim anyways - will that help?

What I see in the pic doesn't look bad. I'd go to a salon and have them take care of it.

I got some **** at walgreens called color oops. Put it in and my hair looks like a light brown, almost red-ish tint to it. I think its about as noticeable as the black, but if I put a bunch of proudct in it tomorrow morning it should mask it. And yes, this weekend, Im buzzing that **** (wanted to for a while anywas)

Yeah I wouldn't have done that but once you shave it all off it'll be normal again. Doesn't seem too noticeable from that pic.

lol,im a dumbass I guess. Oh well. Just hair.

Funny part is, after I dyed it I forgot all about it for like a week until some girl said something today and 2 others chimed in "Yea, i thought it was darker", "Did you color it?". Of course you know rule, deny that you dye, so I played dumb and changed the topic real quick before they started examining it.

I think with the right product ill be ok. Ill give a field report tomoorw to see if anyone notices.

Embrace your grey, man. Once I did it, all my female friends said I looked a lot better. Dye looks very unnatural on a guy - especially Donald Trump. Tip: keep it short.

went to my good friend fantastic sam and got a haircut. Short. Looks MUCH better. More realistic. I think I need about one more cut in 2 weeks to get it all out, but that seemed to help.

So lets run this down:
Haircut- $22
Hair color remover - $35
Hair Color - $20

Yep, thats $77 to look like an ass.
