I found a Kobold Pulsometer in my basement and my dad said I could have it; I was wondering if it would be appropriate to wear with a suit. It is identical to this one. It has a small diameter but seems rather thick to be worn with a suit. Strange watch, I think.

ehhhh no... at least not if you value some kind of a formality when you wear a suit...

If you're the guy who thinks that a diving watch is perfect to wear with a suit though, go right ahead

I don't really agree. A lot of men wear large watches with a suit these days.

Think the rules about what watch works with a suit are kind of ridiculous. So long as it isn't a g shock or ironman, I think most are okay.

This is called a slippery slope. It's a logical fallacy.

Just saying....

Oh, and who the hell wears oversize sears chinos over a suit?

A lot of guys on this forum wear large watches and look nice. I would say panarei, a lot of rolexes, Bell & Ross etc are large watches.

For the record I am not totally thrilled by the Kobold- but it's his dad's watch, it's free- I bet it will look fine.

hey! that's a pretty sweet watch to FIND in a basement, youre one lucky s**%£$@, congrats.
I'd say if it fits under your cuff then wear it with a suit. Its a little bulky for what i can tell from that video, buts its really no big deal. comparing it to most watches people wear its not that big.
