Does anyone have experience with Kanuk? (Not sure if I asked this already as I don't recall receiving any kind of input.) I was out with my brother helping him exchange Christmas gifts and happened to drive by a local retailer. It's piqued an interest in me. Kind of a more mature alternative without the flattering cuts of the fashion-foward brands, but they appear to be well insulated without any ghastly branding.

I wonder what the price cap will be fore CG jackets. They keep raising prices, but people are willing to pay those exorbitant prices.

The reality is that if you want a men's parka with real fur, your choices are limited. And right now, all those choices are way overpriced at retail IMO.

Took a quick look at their website. Having people who look like high school principle's model your coats is an interesting choice. Also those photos look like something someone would post on Flickr or Facebook, not to model clothing. Also confused if the coats come with fur or you can add it if it doesn't? Hopefully some already do. Lastly, can't say I see a model I like but maybe you can narrow it down. If you are going to spend that much you might as well try the Gormley.

Regardless of the fact I now need a winter coat, I'm still hesitant to drop that kind of coin. If there was a way to get that 25% discount someone mentioned, I'd do it in a second.

I don't really like this season's Nobis jackets either, although I was contemplating the Yatesy jacket for a bit. In the end, I got a CG Manitoba because it was on sale.
I hope some of you guys pick up CMFR jackets, they're really well made and worth the money I'd say.

I like the fact that they have a removable fur which makes it easier for it to be washed. Also the armpit vents can come very handy especially to those that sweat easily. Although I do have to admit the holes on the wrist can be a bit annoying sometimes but other than that everything is perfectly fine IMHO.

I recently got a CG Manitoba and a CG Constable. I think they're too big for me. I'm 5'10, 170 lbs. Thoughts?
