the idea is that if you send money as a "gift" then the seller is protected because the buyer can't ever claim a problem... because they sent it as a gift. paypal just treats gift payments as regular purchases though, so no dice.

Ha no, totally sincere. Rules of Attraction was the first book I ever read that really spoke to me. I read it during a period of college when I was doing a lot of drugs and ******* a lot of girls and I felt really ****** about everything.

Deal with it.

they were nice but i couldnt get used to the sleek silhouette and colour.
i sized down to a 41 (from my mmm gat size--you are a diff story :laugh:)

edit: they were on a huge discount at oki ni when i bought them.

Which should absolutely hold true. While the OP in that MC thread was probably in violation of Paypal's Terms of Use since he requested a gift payment for what was clearly not a gift, the sender of the gift should be without recourse unless the senders credit card was charged w/o permission.

Also, that thread is just weird. I guess at some point that Spoo dude offered to perform some sort of surveillance on the dude who sent the gift so that they could find out where the person lived.
