me uses Softsoap Nutri Oil ($3) or Oil of Olay Shea (~$3 depending on size). moisturizing and they smell pretty good. then some kind of exfoliating scrub once a week.
some might find the scent a little girly, i find it neutral actually, but it dissapates quickly anyhow. only scent that has ever lingered longer than i wanted was any of those uber scented old spice body washes.
i used to buy expensive stuff, but honestly i can't tell the difference between that and the cheapo stuff i get at target.
i've contemplated getting something unscented with shea butter and adding an essential oil before. however, that seems like a lot of work.
I really like the target everyman jack stuff. It comes in Citrus/Mint/Cedarwood so good for all seasons. Not strong but the smell is nice and refreshing.

I use this too: great scents, not overpowering, good price. It's everything a bodywash should be, plus it does away with the harsh chemicals that other similarly priced soaps use.
Exactly. I prefer the bar soap over the body wash, and I use it in my hair and it works fine. I love the citrus for ss and the cedarwood will be nice for fw, both compliment many colognes well. They also have shaving cream in the same scents.
