I think you need a different cut. The problem with those is that they're typically a bit loose at the waist and slim in the thighs. Sizing up might help a little in the thighs but it's going to sag in the waist.

That cut doesn't suit everyone.

Nada. Just the same old BS. I filed mail and internet fraud claims against him and i'm waiting for the group to file a small claims against him in his county court.
