I grew up revolted by bagged/canned tuna - it smelled bad, and invariably wound up in some mayo-drenched culinary abortion. But since I love seared Ahi and nigiri tuna of all stripes and want to start eating healthy/cheap again, maybe I should open my mind.
So what's the good stuff for mixing into small dishes or even just eating straight up?
