This is super subjective, but here are some possible synonyms: "focused" "on-point" "well-fitted" "cleanly executed" An oversized, ragged pair of cargo shorts would probably not be considered "crisp", even if ironed.- motosacto

I’ve gone in the opposite direction - wearing what are now considered dinky little field watches but were once standard sized issue military watches.
