Too hard tech question for me :brick: Sorry but I can't answer. My personal good sense would suggest you to ask to other opticians, else you can't know if there could be other solutions with other lenses brands or just solutions that your optician didn't tell you to get much money, imho.;)- StylishDanny

Mmhh... maybe double aspheric lenses? They're useful for strong prescriptions afaik; is this your case? I'm not an optician but I think you don't need it to get a thinner lens, you could go for higher index spheric lenses and do not forget: the rounder is the lens' shape the thinner it will be...- StylishDanny

Consider that I've got only 2 pairs of Silhouette frames, both rimless: one pair of sunglasses and this pair of eyeglasses. Yes, they look like some vintage revos but Transmits aren't the most similar imho. I think REVO Sunglasses 3073 093 J4 Copper Frame Brown Polarized H20 Lenses and Revo 3031 093 Copper H20 Photo are more similar. Opinions on lenses shape - A matter of genre
Of course but this was not the question :) I just asked if one of the shapes (nevermind the frames) was more suitable for a woman than a man so independently of my face. Just to give an example of some strictly feminine lenses- StylishDanny
