I’m almost exactly the same size as you (180,80) and I own several in a 40 and find it a little tight over anything other than a single layer. You could probably get away with either the 40/42 but 42 is likely better.- spdr_monkey

The fit is very generous. It’s not something I would buy without trying on because the fit is a little unusual. I’m 180cm/80kg and usually wear a 40/42 in drakes. I tried this on in medium and small but neither worked for me - I think it’s intended to be a very slouchy fit but it my case it...- spdr_monkey
