Tie Knots
I wear a tie everyday, I like the look. I use a reverse half windsor. I found this knot is always straight across the top and not tapered to one side of the knot.- JLA

Ben Silver Regimental Ties
Ben Silver has some nice patterns and colors. The quality is somewhere in the middle of the pack. I also had the rear seam come apart on a one year old tie and they repaired it no charge. For around the same price you can get Brooks Bros. or a Robert Talbort( better ties, more money).- JLA

How to not step on the boss' toes?
My co-employees are slobs and show it eight hours a day, Monday thru Friday. I wear a shirt and tie everyday. I try to mix it up with colors, styles etc. This is far better dressed than 99 % of all the employees here. I don't care what they think or say. This has become a country of poorly...- JLA

Ike Bahar mtm shirt program
If the price is around $160, I think I can get real mtm for the same or less. What is the benefit of ordering a shirt to a neck and sleeve size with a choice of collars? Aren't I just ordering a rtw shirt that is out of stock ?- JLA
