    I rarely wear mine belted, unless it's incredibly cold or rainy/snowy. Because my commute is mostly from my office to my parking spot in Chicago, I tend to tie it pretty slapdash, whatever's quickest. Honestly looks great and elegant no matter how you tie it, IMO.

    I'm also 42 Chest and I wear the 52. I didn't adjust at all, but I really love how slouchy the silhouette is. If you're looking for something more fitted maybe take it in, but I say embrace the name of the coat. Embrace your inner grandad!
