Edward Green B/S/T official thread.
Selling these very tidy Clapham's - 8/8.5E, 82 last, snuff suede, single leather soles and factory-installed plates. These were an MTO via The Hand but unfortunately they're a half size too small. Worn less than five times. EG box and shoe bags included. Asking AUD $1750 but open to a better...- downunderdoc

To be fair that is for a hand-stitched apron. I was quite surprised that the wait is that long for a “simple” oxford. I called the Jermyn St store the other day and Anthony confirmed the prolonged lead time. He was saying how busy the factory is at the moment - lots of demand from US clients...- downunderdoc

The MTO lead time for anything is wild at the moment. I put in an order for a pair of oxfords in mid-June and was told they’re not going to be ready until the end of January 2024.- downunderdoc

Not on R1 sadly - a rubber sole would have been better but they were an excellent price. Will probably get them re-soles to the R1 down the track.- downunderdoc

Sorry!!! Big day at work yesterday 😂 Newmarket in mink suede and shanklin in snuff. I must say I really prefer the dark brown R1 soles with the snuff suede - wasn’t planning on buying these but as soon as I saw them on Mr Porter I couldn’t say no.- downunderdoc
