The Official Artisanal "streetwear" footwear (boots, shoes, sandals) thread (Guidi, CCP, Augusta, M.

@ihategrailed the heavy hiking boots are TTS, where I think most of the "sock-like" boots you want to size up 1 (e.g. TTS 44, is Guidi 45).

Random Fashion Thoughts (Part 3: Style farmer strikes back) - our general discussion thread

I'm an EU 44 (44.5 in Margeila GATs, occasional 45 in RO) and have 2 pairs of "regular" Guidis in 45. By "regular" I mean the unstructured, leather-sock-like models and not the crazy box toes, hikers, etc. idk how much of an artisinal footwear head you are, but typically you want to size up...

Should I or shouldn't I buy... (clothing item)?

Acting like a madras shirt is controversial or too attention-seeking sounds like you stumbled over to the wrong side of the forum. And if you don't want to wear the same one every time you go to a BBQ, buy two--you work in tech, not like you can't afford it.

Show us how you roll in Engineered Garments

EG infrequently uses the exact same fabric season to season; their production runs are large and if they're not even from the same batch from the mill, it's likely that at least the dye saturation differs. Exceptions of course: the Workaday olive nyco always seems nearly identical to me, but...

Engineered Garments x Trickers mismatch brogue, black pebble grain

Used Trickers x EG brogues from 2018, I believe. Worn sparingly; tons of life left in the soles. Added toe taps. Size is 10.5UK, but fits US 11/EU44 most comfortably.

The unofficial NMWA Buy/Sell Thread (a.k.a. second chance thread)

Glenn's denim, one-wash black selvedge, 33w x 32l. Ordered these based on the NMWA model--love them, but got the wrong size. Worn 0 times, but I stupidly tore off the label. $275 shipped

The What Are You Wearing Today (WAYWT) Discussion Thread, Part II

spoken like someone who knows very little about the punk and hardcore community's constant purity testing. you never know where/who you'll want to be in 20 years, nor who will hold you to what standard.

The Official Artisanal "streetwear" footwear (boots, shoes, sandals) thread (Guidi, CCP, Augusta, M.

Anyone have any experience with CCP derby sizing in cordovan? I'm a pretty standard 44––seeing some folks saying that's a 9, others a 10. Curious if anyone here has a heuristic?

UNI/FORM (UNIFORM LA)- Official Affiliate Thread

tysm. didn't mean this as a criticism by any means, just that I wasn't sure what the like...most classic t shirt fit was likely to be. seems like not a lot of M in stock in that cut. how often do y'all do restocks?

UNI/FORM (UNIFORM LA)- Official Affiliate Thread

Appreciate you taking the time to reply; there are other factors that influence the fit of a shirt, though, that are not directly or easily represented with the dimensions reflected on the measurements page.

UNI/FORM (UNIFORM LA)- Official Affiliate Thread

Really into the pallettes of these shirts, but a little overwhelmed by the different cuts, and that many are described as a "more relaxed fit." If I normally wear 3sixteen heavyweight pocket tees, what would you all say is the closest parallel w/r/t fit?

Random Fashion Thoughts (Part 3: Style farmer strikes back) - our general discussion thread

This sounds awfully akin to biological reudctionism, which might be worthwhile to think about to, you know, make yourself aware of the other ideas this biases you toward
